The Grass Roots Path

The Power of Your Fan Base

The keys to the Grass Roots Path are:
  • A fervent consumer base,
  • Positive cash flow, and
  • A growth oriented business plan.
In our process,

First, with your help, Sirius produces a Private Placement Memorandum. Apart from the numbers, which you provide, it takes us a week or two at most to produce the first draft, which generally requires little tweaking.

Second, we produce the promotional piece, just a business card-sized tombstone ad stating that the company "is offering x number of shares at x price per share to raise 'X' dollars, please call (800) xxx-xxxx." This promo piece is attached to or enclosed in your product and is displayed at your storefronts and on your website and social media.

Third, Sirius starts emailing and calling through the list of every customer, supplier, vendor, contact of the company inquiring as to the level of participation they shall choose to undertake in the offer. We also inquire with the 6000+ investor contacts in Sirius' address book.

Fourth, Sirius takes incoming queries based upon the promotional pieces and directs subscriptions to your shares.

Fifth, cash comes into your distribution account and is immediately available for the company's use in pursuit of its business plan.

Upon completion of the offer, hopefully, in some six to eight weeks after inception, you go about your business, Sirius takes any incoming shareholder questions so you don't have to be bothered, and when you are ready to do so, we go back to the well and draw more cash from the investor/shareholder pool at a higher valuation based upon your growth and performance.

The entire process is quick and painless. You'll invest between $10K and $15K upfront with us and in promotional expense to raise your capital and you'll give away less than you would to any single entity or investor. Our general experience in such offers is the maintenance of a valuation of 3.5 to 6 times projected corporate revenues.

In conclusion, for appropriate enterprises, our path generates funding for the company without negatively impacting cash flow and without distracting management from its day-to-day mission of efficient operations.
